My players just seem to be completely retarded when it comes to rotating with the puck. Instead of turning left for 10 degrees, which i want them to do, they turn right for 350 degrees and lose the puck in the process because they always turn towards opponents player for an easy poke check. This always happens when a player picks up a lose puck after a shot or a hit and leads to a great scoring chance. Any way to counter it?

Also, since i suck at this game, can you give me some tips on how to improve? smiley Something like "never shoot from here" or "try to do more of this"... Much appreciated!

I HATE this! Afraid to win Offensive zone faceoffs because of all the free breakaways given by this animation! Can't pass, can't skate, can't deke, just stands there and gets stripped of the puck!! angry

have the same problem. By far the most frustrating part about the game for me. Seems like everyone is always facing the wrong way and I have to lean on the thumb stick for a good minute before they turn. Feels more like I'm driving a semi than playing sim hockey.

One thing that i hate the most is the "taser" effect after the hit when my player doesn`t go down. He is unresponsive for 1-2 seconds and you can`t do shit with him, can`t shoot, can`t pass... It usually ends with me or opponent losing the puck and i hate when that happens in front of the goal, i literally almost brake right stick every time trying to shoot and my player just stands there like a punching bag. I hope they fix this for 14.
