I think this is why you struggle to keep new GM's. My team has no depth at all and I can't do anything for five rotations to fix this and it makes it very frustrating to play, I'm not quitting just want you to know my opinion.

Thanks for your opinion and insight but actually this rule was just implemented and no GM has left since it was (I think?).

Anyway that's the reason he rule was put in place, new GMs may want to make a big move right in the beginning and then end up leaving because they don't like the league for one reason or another or they can't keep up with the schedule, etc... It isn't fair for a new GM to come and make a blockbuster then decide they want to leave and THe next GM is stuck with a rebuilding roster. In fact, your team was the one that stimulated having this rule put in, hence you have no Stamkos or St. Louis.

If any of that makes sense to you? Haha. I tried my best...

I just recently joined the league and the freeze rule is frusterating but it Definatley helps to maintain a balanced league. it could also be viewed as an Insentive to stay in the league and to get familiar with your team before you go crazy and trade everyone.

I voted for 2 rotations since I thought 5 was just insane. Brownie points for me?

Actually man you get to make trades during the rotation before the deadline regardless of how many weeks of freeze you have left

2 was a good choice in-game, but in the real world that's only one week, if a GM isn't going to be able to keep up I think they'd at least spend more than that amount of time to at least try before quitting, also the freeze I think is lifted for the trade deadline during that rotation... I could be mistaken tho
